Terms of service
Woonile Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026
These terms apply to use of woonile.com and purchases from Woonile. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and orders. We aim to describe products, prices, and availability accurately. Colors may vary by screen. We may correct errors and decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or its listing is materially inaccurate; if payment was collected for a canceled order, we will refund it. You must provide accurate checkout information and be authorized to use your payment method. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Standard US shipping is free.
Shipping and returns. Processing and delivery estimates, tracking, eligibility for returns, and refund procedures are in our Shipping Policy at https://woonile.com/policies/shipping-policy and Return and Refund Policy at https://woonile.com/policies/refund-policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will investigate orders that appear lost or damaged.
Site use. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with the site, misuse customer accounts, submit false information, or infringe others rights. Site content belongs to Woonile or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party links and services may have their own terms.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy at https://woonile.com/policies/privacy-policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify provides the commerce platform for this store, while purchases are made from Woonile.
Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here; material changes take effect as required by applicable law.
Contact. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through https://woonile.com/pages/contact.
